For a year ago, I taught English subject at Sampranwittaya school in Mathayom 2 (14-15 years old). First semester I failed teaching...I couldn't teach my students...I didn't know how to teach them to get the lessons. I felt very sad so I called to my friends to ask them to tell me how I can do. They said just do it easy... thought when you were young, you didn't understand the lesson and were not good at in English. You wanted your teacher to help you to get it and made it easy to understand. Somebody said they faced the same events, their students were naughty, talking a lot, lazy and irresponsible. Sometimes they couldn't control their class. When I heard this, I felt better. At least I wasn't only person who was under a pressure. I went to the university's library to find some useful books to help my teaching. I got lots of good books. There were many games, activities and materials. I tried to use them in my class, it's quite good. My students looked happy and had classroom participation. It's better than beginning.
Second semester I knew how I teach my students. Students-Centered Learning was a good method. My co-teacher said the students need "Learn and Play". I had to make students to respect and believe in me before teaching.My students were naughty. They always ran and played around the classroom before I came into class. Some lesson that was very difficult to understand they were talkative. How I control the class, I normally called their names and asked them some questions. Sometimes I grazed at them for a few minute and told them to stop talking. Sometimes we played games, my students loved to play games. Almost lessons I could see their smily faces and heard their laughing. They were good students, they always came in my office and offered helping – “Can I help you, teacher.” When they saw me carry many materials or books, they would offer to help me. I thought that is best thing for a teacher who devoted her life for students. Teaching at Sampranwittaya School was best experience for the student teacher like me. Does anyone agree with me? I thought this was the success in training teaching that the students loved and respected you.

I think you are so smart Pat. Because In the first semester of traning you have a lot of problems that you call to me for help before. And then you can slove the problem with yourself.It's good for you that you find the problems and slove the problems by yourself.
And the second semester you have many experience about teaching in the class. So I think you will be a good english teacher in the future. I hope that.
I agree with you. This training are good experiences. You can learn how to control class, how to make students respect you and knowledge. I know you can solve every problem. A lot of problem can make you will be a good English teacher.

This is barriers that can make you strong and good teacher in the future, I think. You faced good experience and somethings that made you borred. However, you also faced a positive thing in your teaching.
